To ensure the safety of aviation operations, the Civil Aviation Administration of China has issued an urgent notice. Starting June 28, passengers are prohibited from carrying power banks that lack a 3C certification label, have unclear 3C labeling, or belong to recalled models or batches on domestic flights. Three centers located in airport arrival zones provide multilingual support, business services, and expo promotion. A team of 197 volunteers fluent in English, French, German, and Japanese offers on-site interpretation and guidance for international visitors.

A task force led by senior management coordinates operations, safety, and guest reception. Starting Nov 2, regular meetings will be held to guarantee smooth flight handling and ground services throughout the event.
